Upon completion, the architect will work on piercing, quality control, and prepare signatures to seal the permits.
Management Review
Your building will have its own rules and requirements for renovation.
They will have an agreement to sign, known as a change agreement.

The transfer agreement should set out the general rules for the building. Some buildings have more detailed conversion agreements consisting of several pages, while others are more basic.
Either way, there will be building rules and you are responsible for applying those rules to your team.
Renovation Approval
Once the administrative review is complete, the board may approve your renewal.
If you are making a special request or making an unusual proposal, the board may need it too.
Neither the board of directors nor the building management company will sign the papers with you, therefore, you cannot apply until the process is complete.

General Contractor
After bidding, you will choose a general contractor.
The most important thing I can tell you is that you need to ignore all the sales that the contractors are going to tell you.
If they seem to be more of a salesman than a contractor, you should be wary of them and act with caution.
Choose the person you believe will work best and you think you can be trusted. I’m a big fan of going with my gut.
Please also try not to hire the lowest bidder, as this is just a hassle.
